Udon noodles with tofu and sesame oil

Ingredients

200g udon noodles
200g tofu
1 broccoli
2 carrots
1 bell bell pepper
3 tablespoons sesame oil
soy sauce to taste
salt and pepper
Sesame seeds for garnish

Cooking instructions
  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until crispy. Take the tofu out of the pan and set aside.
  3. Cut the broccoli, carrots, and bell bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat the remaining sesame oil in the pan and add the vegetables.
  5. Fry them for 5-7 minutes until they are soft but still crunchy.
  6. Add the udon noodles and tofu and mix everything well. Add some soy sauce and season it with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Hint: For an extra flavor dimension, you can add a squeeze of lime juice to the dish. It really brings out the other flavors and gives the dish a refreshing touch!
