Ingredients
200g udon noodles
200g tofu
1 broccoli
2 carrots
1 bell bell pepper
3 tablespoons sesame oil
soy sauce to taste
salt and pepper
Sesame seeds for garnish
Cooking instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until crispy. Take the tofu out of the pan and set aside.
- Cut the broccoli, carrots, and bell bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the remaining sesame oil in the pan and add the vegetables.
- Fry them for 5-7 minutes until they are soft but still crunchy.
- Add the udon noodles and tofu and mix everything well. Add some soy sauce and season it with salt and pepper.
- Serve the noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Hint: For an extra flavor dimension, you can add a squeeze of lime juice to the dish. It really brings out the other flavors and gives the dish a refreshing touch!
