Ingredients

1 head of lettuce (your choice)
1 handful radicchio
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red onion
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper

Cooking instructions

Wash and dry the lettuce and radicchio, and pluck them into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into slices and the red onion into fine rings.

Spread the vegetables over the salad.

In a small bowl, mix the linseed oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
