Flaxseed Oil Granola

Ingredients

240 g oat flakes
60 g flaxseed
30 g sunflower seeds
30 g pumpkin seeds
30 g almonds
30 g cranberry
20 ml maple syrup
3 tbsp of flaxseed oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Put the dry ingredients (oat flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and almonds) in a bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, flax oil, cinnamon and salt.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Transfer the granola mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool.

Then store in an airtight container.
