Consumers residing in the EU have a right of withdrawal in distance selling in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction that is not part of their business.

A. Cancellation

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.  The cancellation period is fourteen days and begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

You can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory; to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods and shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not resident in the EU.

Furthermore, the right of cancellation does not apply to goods - which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery, - which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
